Douglas Adams is my boss. I hate him very much. He never encourages new ideas or appreciates them. He feels that any new idea would pose a threat to his position. He is one of the most sadists being on earth who never wants anyone to grow or improve. I am sure many of us would quit the organization sooner or later.
